A participant in a Wellness Interactive program should consult a physician prior to participation in, and/or reliance upon or use of information provided by or obtained from, the program. Any participant in a Wellness Interactive program must agree that any information obtained from or provided by Wellness Interactive will only be relied upon or otherwise used at the participant's own risk. Under no circumstances shall Wellness Interactive or its employees, independent contractors and/or agents be liable to a program participant for any damages or injury arising out of, or related to, the participant's participation in the program, including, but not limited to, the participant's use or reliance upon, or the participant's inability to use or rely upon, information provided by, or obtained from, the program.
